MUSIC MINISTRY
We are always seeking to improve and upgrade our Music Ministry in order to more effectively lead our congregation into the Presence of the Lord when we gather for worship. Vocal music is one aspect of our Music Ministry. This includes the vocalists on the Praise Team, as well as those who share vocal music in our Worship services. We are always seeking to expand the number of people involved in the vocal Music Ministry.
In past years, we have had a number of instrumentalists who comprised a Praise Band which played for our Worship services. Due to unforeseen events, only two of those instrumentalists still play for our Worship services. We desire to reinvent our Praise Band as the Lord provides instrumentalists.
Our musical style is Traditional with hymns and older songs of praise comprising the majority of our congregational singing. We occasionally have a newer Praise song mixed into the service.
